PlanetSpark's focus on spoken English is commendable. My child struggled with fluency before joining. Now, he speaks confidently in English with proper grammar. Daily speaking practice made a big difference. The app interface is user-friendly and smooth. Teachers are very approachable and supportive. He now asks to do extra practice on his own! The live debates and role plays are fun. It’s more than just an academic platform. We’re very satisfied with the outcomes so far.

PlanetSpark has been a great experience for my daughter. Her storytelling skills have improved significantly. The learning material is interactive and well-structured. Live classes are engaging and never boring. She has become more expressive and social now. The mentors make every session productive. Her writing skills are also improving. She now participates actively in school activities. Thank you, PlanetSpark, for this confidence boost! Would surely recommend it to other parents.

I enrolled my son in PlanetSpark’s public speaking course. Within weeks, his stage fear started disappearing. The one-on-one classes provide individual attention. Classes are scheduled flexibly according to our convenience. The assignments and practice sessions are very creative. Their feedback mechanism is strong and timely. He even hosted a mock TED Talk confidently! I’m really happy with his communication growth. This platform is a game changer for kids. Great value for money and results.

Khan Academy

Khan Academy stands out as a global pioneer in free, high-quality education. I’ve used it for brushing up on math concepts and helping my younger sibling with science. The explanations are clear, the pacing is perfect, and the practice exercises reinforce learning. The best part? It's entirely free, with no hidden costs. The platform promotes self-paced learning, which is great for independent learners. While it's more of a self-study tool than a live coaching platform, the depth of content — especially for SAT, NCERT, and foundational topics — is unmatched.

Teachmint

Teachmint is an excellent tool for educators transitioning to digital teaching. I started using it during the pandemic to conduct my coaching classes online, and it streamlined everything — from attendance and live classes to fee collection. The platform is designed with teachers in mind, not just students. It allowed me to create a complete branded teaching experience without needing deep technical knowledge. Their support team is prompt and the tech is stable. They’ve made it easier for independent tutors like me to scale and stay organized. One of the most practical tools I’ve come across in EdTech.

Cuemath

My daughter has been using Cuemath for over a year now, and the difference in her mathematical thinking is remarkable. Unlike traditional tuition, Cuemath focuses on logic, mental math, and conceptual clarity rather than just problem-solving. The curriculum is well-structured and aligns with school boards, but goes deeper with puzzles and games to build reasoning skills. Her tutor is consistent and always keeps us informed about progress. While it’s slightly more expensive than local coaching, the quality justifies the cost. Cuemath is not just about marks — it’s about building a strong math foundation.

BYJU’S
Wed, 07 May 04:54 PM
As a parent, I have mixed feelings about BYJU’S. The learning content is undeniably rich — visual, interactive, and aligned with school curriculums. My son enjoys the gamified approach and concept videos, which have helped him improve in Math and Science. However, their sales team is quite aggressive. After showing interest in a trial, we received constant calls and upselling attempts. Once enrolled, though, the mentor assigned to us was helpful and followed up regularly with progress reports. Their tech platform is stable, and content updates are frequent. BYJU’S is excellent for content, but the pushy sales strategy needs refinement.

UpGrad

I completed a Post Graduate Program in Digital Marketing from upGrad, and it was a valuable investment in my career. The curriculum was designed in collaboration with MICA and covered everything from SEO to content marketing and analytics. What I loved was the combination of theoretical videos, case studies, and live projects. The program mentors were industry professionals who gave insightful feedback. Career support was moderately helpful — while I didn’t get direct placement, the resume building and mock interview sessions gave me the edge to secure a job switch on my own. Great platform for working professionals.
